Jim Tortorelli is a retired entrepreneur following his dreams of being in the beer and wine business. He is the owner of the hometown favorite, Tap It Growlers, and both Cork It wine bars in Buford and Gainesville. Jim has been a part of the Gainesville community since 2016, and is involved in many charitable organizations, investment groups, and real estate ventures.

Roland Stanley is the founder and owner of Cork It - Wine and Charcuterie in his hometown of Gainesville, GA. He is co-owner of Peyton’s Pie Company in Flowery Branch, GA, and RT Creative Group, a marketing company providing social media, photography, and graphic design throughout the state.
He aims to enrich the North Georgia area with culture, delicious food, and a community-focused atmosphere where people can share their knowledge and enthusiasm surrounding wine.
